Former Employee, less than 1 year
Pros
None whatsoever. Again. None whatsoever. Please stay away from this company. Not worth anyone's time. I would give zero stars if I could
Cons
You are not treated like a human being. Long hours going door-to-door in awful weather. Terrible working environment. No opportunites to learn and grow. Pay is all comission so you could spend hours upon hours getting no pay. This miserable job becomes your life. Nothing outside of work exists

Pros
Real knowledge of direct marketing They will teach you how to scam and lie professionally and how to make people buy whatever you are going to sell You will reevaluate your life after you will see how they scam people in the office (you as well) the same how they want their employees to scam the customers (telling each newcomer the same thing, lying, using, manipulating) they will teach you how to motivate yourself in any situation (all working there is based on fake motivation) still useful skills!
Cons
You will belong to them if you stay Depending on the situation - working for free (Minimum pay sometimes) Long work days Constant cooperation to make sure you don't have time to understand IT IS SCAM

Pros
nothing, nothing, nothing. (needed at least 5 words in this box)
Cons
door to door sales job, they make their own employees write good reviews to get rid of the bad ones. It's a scam and waste of time. This "company" should be shut down and sued.

You will meet people who say they want it all but don't have the actions to back it. Positive news that the winning and competitive nature of this company will grind out the weak.
